Wow, what a bargain at under $20. This wine is very appealing, you could sense that this wine was made with old vines. There is a great texture to this wine, almost a meatiness that is very attractive. This is a great, everyday, affordable wine

Fresh, bright, tart, earthy, with a little green sappy herbaceousness which works quite well. Stony minerality and some slight bitterness in the finish, just making it more refreshing. My last bottle, alas.

Varying nose over time with summer berries and light hints of wild herbs. Also an evanescent fresh-cracked black and white pepper note which is very nice. Palate is light with the herb and berry flavors lifted by acidity almost in a fruit-vinaigrette kind of way. Mid-palate does hollow out a bit. Light tannins on the finish with hints of earth, twigs, and the black/white pepper countering some lingering fruit notes.
Nice, elegant wine. I found the herbaceous and peppery notes with the cleanness of the fruit to be endearing. However, the wine does feel a hair light even for a beaujolais with a noticeable mid-palate dip. Still, a nice value at $17

So good. Juicy as all hell. A sweet confection. With depth, though, and a savory minerally palate.

Nice fruity beaujolais but with a sense of restraint. Went well with jiaozi.
