Yeah there's a little bit of funk and mushroom, but mostly well-aged Blackberry and allspice. Powerful full-bodied Cabernet. Very well aged and ready to kick some butt. Opened late in the game, right as I was leaving. Resolving tannin. Showing its full potential.

Fully mature and highly enjoyable. An elegant and flavorful Cab with very soft tannins and a lingering finish. I'd drink within the next couple of years.

Deep ruby red color. Fruity, almost sweet flavor with touch of pepper. Soft tannins and long finish. A delicious wine that is in it's prime, if not a bit beyond. Time to drink up.

Central NJ CT Offline (Mistral - 66 Witherspoon St in Princeton): Opened a few hours before we consumed. In retrospect perhaps a decant would have been in order. I found this was still in the early evolution while we were drinking. Dark red currant, a bit spicy, interesting wine that just got better and better in the glass. It didn't seem quite as together as the Lokoya from the start, but still very enjoyable. Worked well with the gaminess of the goat.
