  Un vin du sud comme j'en bois rarement, sans tension ni nervosité minérale et faible en acidité. Pourtant le nez est beau et pur: note de verveine et d'infusion de tilleul, de pomme, de pêche, de miel. Influence de bois évidente (vanille, noisette), moyennement fondue. En bouche c'est fin mais un peu dilué. Limpide mais manque de fraîcheur puisque l'acidité manque à l'appel. Texture ample, gouleyant. Bien mais au charme flou...

  Obvious oak influence nose with vanilla and ginger and spice. The palate is round and subtle, exhibits green apple, pineapple and candid ginger. Still young.
  Indeed This wine is aged 13-14 months in older barrels and gone throught malolactic fermentation are completed. Blended equally from Roussanne, Marsanne, Rolle (Vermantino) and Grenache Blanc.

  The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Peach, and Almond. It tastes like and Honeysuckle. The body is Medium. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Medium.

  Oeil : paille léger, viscosité plutôt forte en parois
  Nez : projection d'intensité 3/10, frais, amande verte, carambole, pêche blanche, fleurs blanches, paille séchée, touche miellée, végétal, intriguant
  Bouche : sec, ample+, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume (très) forte, persistance moyenne-longue, rétro florale, mentholée, anisée, végétale, minérale, fruits blancs
  Conclusion : dommage cette amertume trop marquée qui nous a dérangé et qui déséquilibre l'ensemble. Austère à l'ouverture, meilleur vers 12 celsius, mais encore là, beaucoup trop d'amertum
