First of three bottles purchased as a share of a case. Solid black red in colour but quite luminous on the edges. Nose of plums, black cherry, stoney soil and menthol. With some air pomegranate and orange peel. Warm fruited plus coffee and some tannin with a long finish. Lovely wine and less rustic than the Marconnets.

Drinking very well for such a young burgundy. Beautiful fragrant Pinot nose leads to a well balanced palate redolent of sweet pinot noir fruit. Good acidity and barely noticeable oak and a long finish.

Quite reductive, with some oak. Hints of redcurrant underneath. After a few hours, the nose eventually reveals slightly more redcurrant, but remains quite oak heavy
Palate Fresh, medium acidity and pretty weighty with good primary fruit. Gives way to a fairly long and concentrated finish, with some nicely grained tannins. Very pleasant.
Unlike most of my experiences with Remoissenet this has real weight and is quite masculinely built. Great representation of the not-so-often found Les Teurons lieu dit.
Could sit, but is drinking well right now

At the open: Smells of ripe currants, with hints of red and orange elegance. Tastes of developing red fruits (sharp currants) and rain water, with some minerality.
1 Hour: Smells of deeper and darker concentrated red fruits. Tastes of fragile pleasing red fruit. Very light. Proved a better pairing than on its own (paired with ribeye steak with no sauce). Light-Medium bodied.

Still bright berries and extremely smooth. Surprised that it was still a tad tannic. This was a lovely, elegant Burgundy!
