  Early Aug 2012: clear golden yellow color; cream and butter; medium/full body; mild/mellow texture.
  
  Typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas/flavors like bell pepper and gooseberry weren't there. Seem to have deteriorated over the years.
  
  This wine reminded strongly at an aged Zind Humbrecht or Van Volxem Riesling.
