Good drinking Villages. Slightly bitter, saddle leather finish. Tannins are manageable. Expect further evolution though at loss of some red fruit.

Nice duck pairing wine. Light remnants of acidity to cut fat. Enough remaining fruit to complement the wild duck flavor.

Super reductive, underneath a round quality with chocolate, seemingly modern at this stage in need of more time in bottle.

A noticeable uptake from Aloxe, lots and lots more structure. But solid, integrated tannins. Needs to shape up but its all there.
