  I let this breathe for about an hour before trying it. The wine is still a dark ruby color with minimal bricking. Delightful pure raspberry coulis on the nose--more fruit forward than herbal. Medium body, but a healthy wallop of acid and tannin. Plenty of raspberry/cassis on the palate, but with a more leathery component backing it up. The pyrazines arrive more on the finish, with thyme and oregano more than green bell pepper. Very nice, and quite reasonably priced from the winery!

  Outstanding cab franc! Rich dark berry, oak on nose and taste. So smooth on the palate and went well with grilled NY Strip. Drink this now and you will not be disappointed!
