Still showing very well. Wet stones minerality is accompanied by lemon peel, lime, green apple and a touch of wet grass. I drank it at around 10 degrees (not straight from the fridge) so the acidity was crispy, but not too pronounced and well balanced with the fruit flavours. Medium body and medium finish, not that persistent, but still leaving an impression.

Drank over several nights as aperitif. Lively crisp and refreshing lemon, stone, a bit of grass and herbal zing. Very clean.
