Strawberry & red raspberry fruit. Darker (for a Pinot) color belied the lighter fruit. Some light oak and then a pleasantly acidic finish that was dynamite with our pepper crusted flounder. Nothing wrong with having a glass of this before dinner, but it really shines with the food.

This is such a great bottle of wine. I'm very happy to have found this producer. Everything I've had has been very well made. Will definitely seek out more of his wines.

Excellent and aged Pinot noir. The cork didn't show any signs of aging but this was fairly mature. I love the producer and vineyard. Always complex and sophisticated but somehow light. I wish I had more.
