Informal dinner, no notes taken. This is a quintessential Californian Chardonnay with lots of buttery and oaky notes but still well balanced with a lot yellow and citrus fruit as well as a good acidity to keep it balanced. While certainly not my favorite style, it was a crowd pleaser that night.
Decanting: Not decanted, no decanting needed.

Light golden. Dried chamomile, as noted below, is a great description. A bare touch of caramel as well. Slightly viscous and oily. Indeed, somewhat reminiscent of Condrieu. Yes, it could use a bit more acid, but it’s really quite lovely as is, and we are glad we have one more. Highly enjoyable over three nights.

Green apples, dried chamomile, and flowers on the nose. Relatively low acidity with creamy texture and apple, minerals, and some peach flavors on the palate. Medium finish. Nice wine, but could use a bit more acidity/freshness. Wife: 90

Light color. Great nose. Acid and mineral fades to fruit. Crisp, clean and fresh. Might get better (more integrated) with some more bottle time.
