PnP. Yellow. Mellow bouquet of yellow fruits and minerals, interesting. Elegant on the palate, mA, lighter than expected from the smell, fruity finish. Drink now-onwards. This bottle was certainly more developed/mature and complex than the one I tasted five months ago.

Medium yellow. From magnum. A complex and evocative nose offers aromas of yellow apple, bitter citrus peel, orange juice, melon rind, sea spray, lees, and baby's breath. Medium bodied on the palate, linear but not austere, the mouthfeel here is fleshed out by lees contact, giving it an almost Chablis-like texture. The flavors really gain energy in the mouth; there's an appealing vivacity and brightness to the citrus, melon and green peach notes. In a word, impressive.

PnP. Very much like previous bottle. One point up - perhaps due to the perfect pairing with Bisque Homard.

PnP. Nice fruity wine with som extra stuff. Don’t really show the six years of age. Drink now onwards.
