Parcelario 7.1.

Laughing bc no one has mentioned the most obvious characteristic, the wine is deep yellow in color and dominated by botrytis! It’s dry of course, rich, spicy, but softer acidity and lacks typicity. Would put this in the Wachau for sure. Green vegetal, whit peach, spicy and honey. Yeah it’s great and wild, but unrecognizable as txakoli

Served by the glass. Those who consider that this wine falls outside the norm of soft, direct and tremendously acidic wines should, in my humble opinion, think it twice. I would agree to consider that it is a step above its theoretic peers. Memories of apples and freshly mown herbs. Also detected an elegant saline note. The palate has a silky texture although the acidity footprint covers the entire mouth.
Recuerdos a manzana y hierbas recién segadas.
