  This is a special cuvée of Itsas Mendi, only made in exceptional years; it is matured for twelve months on lees in stainless steel. (In deposit No. 7). 12.5% abv. Medium lemon color. Intense nose of pineapple and lime with mineral and spice notes, and a touch of sweetness. On the palate it is medium bodied with good structure and a long, clean finish.
