A cool climate blend of Hondarrabi Zuri, with some Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie and Riesling blended in. Green apple, grapefruit and wet stone. The nose is developing. No oak. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium (+) alcohol (13.7%) and a slight, pleasant bitterness on the finish. Medium (+) body, flavor intensity and length. I actually liked the younger, entry level Txakoli better for its immediacy, particularly given the 50% price differential for the No. 7. Drink now through 2020.

Golden color. Quite subdued nose but there are hints of apple and hay. Zesty, acidic palate with a long and pleasantly bitter finish.
