05/07/2023 My last. Full white cherry and exotic fruit core, pebbly/granitic minerality and citrus balances its notable viscosity. Floral nuances. Full and just off-dry. A fine wine for spiced oriental cuisine. Till 2026.

Pale gold. Honeyed notes on the nose. Nutty. Long finish. Sweet finish. Paired with halibut dinner. A bit sweeter than expected. Complex and really interesting pinot gris expression. Price to value is questionable but worth trying

Fine accompaniment for our roast duck legs. Ripe exotic-tinged fruit, pebbly minerality and core acidity all bring this excellent full near-dry wine into perfect balance. Already drinking well, should peak over the next couple of years and perhaps for 10 years from vintage (in my view - others predict a much longer window!). 92+
