An opulent nose with orchard fruit, tropical sensation, stone fruit, honeysuckle and vanilla. The marriage between its high acidity and fruit was the highlight, which created a youthful Meursault with tension and salinity.

Theme: Burgundy (Summer Pavilion @ Ritz Carlton): Opened at 7, serving at around 8. Single blind. At beautiful stage now. Lifted aromatic with nuttiness, ripe yellow fruits and flower. Lovely poise and well delineated, not as deep as the BBM that serving side by side, but equally refined. It gains some weight on the palate as it sat in the glass, popcorn and caramel emerged and showing much higher acidity and salinity that lending a good backbone to the juicy fruits. Good purity and delicious.

Orchard fruit, honeysuckle and citrus. Generous power in the shades of moderate plus acidity. The vintage ripeness gives it a touch more weight.

Consistent with previous note but marginally less fresh and powerful as the bottle I opened last time.
