I do not like this wine. Ii found it poorly balanced with a slight bitterness at the end. The wine got worse over time. I would not buy it again. It may be that I prefer the greater minerality and acidity of a good Chablis over Pouilly-Fuisse, but if this were the best Pouilly has to offer there is no need for me to explore further. I'm sure there are better ones out there.

Open this a couple hours before you intend to drink it, but keep it cool, otherwise you could minimize your experience. It's an 85 on the pop, but an 88 when you respect its need to breathe a bit. White rock. Hydrogen peroxide. Oak. Fruit. Small pours at first, then larger as it warms and folk will enjoy the journey.

Flinty, white and yellow fruit aromas are laced with hints of earth, nuts, and minerals. Opens with melons and pears in the mouth. Smooth, clean, and nice weight. Refreshing grapefruit pith and a subtle note of stone fruit pit on the finish.

The notes tell a fair story here. Clean, some minerals, but a bit off kilter with high toned acidity and a bitter, clipped finish.

Austere with soft texture and light acidity; decent balance; abrupt finish.
