Same as last note. This wine was aged in amphorae. Interesting somewhat different expression of a Pibarnon Rose. I think I slightly prefer the regular rose.

A dark salmon color in the glass, with a pronounced streak of citrus on the nose.
Thirst-quenching on the palate, with good acidity and persistence. Really entices you to grab the bottle for another pour. I always find this release to be a little more "rounded" than their normale, and this bottle is consistent with my previous experience. Almost like a creamy rose', if that makes any sense.
Doesn't seem tired at all four years after the vintage - my last bottle.

Pretty intense. Orangey, salmon color. Definitely don't want to drink this too cold. Muted nose. White and red fruits, some nutty bitterness on the finish. Long. This is a big juicy rose.

Found another bottle ;^)
Still crisp and focused on the nose, with a clear citrus note.
Lively, with good acidity, on the palate. I can't say that I like this any better than I did on release, but it hasn't gone downhill either.

Strawberries, quite floral with light acidity and fairly strong mineral notes adding structure. A well made, enjoyable rose.
