  • Very promising as I was pouring this Chambolle in the glass I could smell beautiful aromatics right away. Cherry, dark and red raspberry and a nice floral component. But there was also a touch of stewed fruit. Round, soft, similar palate but lacking definition and structure. Based on this bottle, I would say this is past its peak and already started fading (again, strictly based on this bottle). A little disappointing.

  • Aired for 2 hours. Surprisingly still quite young and energetic with juicy acids. Rather simple palate but with good CM typicity and a rather long finish. Overall a very good village. Great with food.
