Very young. PNP through an aerator. Very disjointed at first, opening up over the course of 30 minutes or so. Strong aroma and taste of cherry candy--like a Jolly Rancher without the bite. A bit syrupy, with overly strong vanilla tones. Nothing much to recommend this one.

Just right with North Carolina Salted ham and citrus marinated game hen dinner. Flavor able without over powering food.
