  Un Cabernet de manual. Cassis y pimienta blanca es lo que más destaca en nariz. No hay notas de evolución a pesar de sus 8 años.
  
  En boca tiene estructura media, mucha complejidad y final largo y especiado. Me encanta este vino. 🍷

  Crianza de 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, 30% nuevo.
  
  Aromas a mermeladas, tabaco, vainilla y pimienta blanca.
  
  En boca tiene taninos redondos, mucha complejidad y final persistente. Me encantó! 😍

  Crianza de 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
  
  Aromas a fruta madura y notas ahumadas.
  
  En boca explota la pimienta blanca, las notas especiadas y la fruta roja.
  
  Creo que está en su punto justo.

  Appearance: Clear wine with a medium purple colour.
  
  Nose: Clean nose with a medium+ intensity. This wine is developing.
  
  101 Cabernet Sauvignon; Ripe cassis, baked green pepper, dill and a lightly smoked cedarwood. Very powerful aromas, although detecting quite a lot of alcohol in the nose as well.
  
  Palate:
  Dry
  High alcohol
  Medium+ acidity
  Medium+ intensity
  Medium- finish
  Full bodied
  
  Fresh and fruity on the palate but unfortunately overpoweringly alcoholic; lip stinging levels. The tannins are ripe and slightly drying and whilst the notes are nice, they drop off quite quickly or are overwhelmed by the alcohol.
  
  Good quality Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza, Argentina. Drink now and at 10 euros a bottle, fair QPR.
