Tribute to Giacomo Tachis, Sale e Pepe restaurant, Athens. From magnum. This wine was simply amazing. Medium gold. Tropical fruits, almonds, orange and minerality on the nose. No sign of evolvement, besides the fact that the oakiness is now perfectly integrated. Full-bodied, explosive on the palate with perfect balance and amazing complexity. Very long aftertaste. A masterpiece. If this is how this wine ages, I have to keep my 2007 's for 5 to 10 more years.

Bright yellow-gold colour. Toasty, lemondrop, butter and caramel nose. Full and ripe with big flavours and balanced acidity. Long, toasty finish.
