Delicious and a bit funky aromas with dark red fruits, leather, horse stable, black olives and some wood. Light, juicy and a bit sharp in the mouth. No sulfur here, so 8 years is quite impressive.

The most interesting things about this wine to me come from natural winemaking (and they're the unfavorable aspects at that) and not from the particular wine itself, whose impression is spread evenly and unobtrusively.

@work. Medium ruby. Clovey Brett, manure - a bit strong for me. Medium body, moderate alcohol (12%), elevated acid, diminished tannins. Ripe deep red cherry on the palate. Hint of very ripe, orange peppers. Not very pyrazinic. Rounded and plush. A bit rustic.

Aromas of dark red fruit, barnyard / brett and herbs. Juicy, with good structure. No sulfur.
