  开瓶即饮，淡石榴红色，闻香有VA，茴香的香料味，野肉，月季花和覆盆子香气，草本气息，橡木桶烘烤的质感，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻，酒液咸，矿物感，草本植物，草莓，后段辛香料，喉间轻微酒精灼烧感，余味细腻红果，樱桃，覆盆子。醒酒半小时，闻香有些许酱味，酒精感，口中多了玫瑰糖的味道，回甘中伴随着轻微植物清凉和回苦，余味多了玫瑰花香，香气长留，口中苦感略明显。醒酒两个半小时，茴香和百里香的香料味明显，后段有散出的酒精感略突兀，酒的状态不是太好，总感觉要在集中的一瞬间散开，酒体略松散，和保存不好有关，余味倒是十分漂亮，干花，覆盆子，木质香气，余韵悠长。醒酒八小时，酱味，酒精感，回苦三者更加明显，确认酒的状态不太好，口中残留的香气依然非常漂亮，非常可惜的一支酒。

  Very good Brunello in a warm vintage, Baricci is one of the most traditional producer, in the cru of Montesoli, north of the town of Montalcino. The wine is wonderful, intense nose and very balanced mouth, full body and not too early to drink. Long complex finish .
