  Getting better than the last bottle. Black fruits with earthy tones.

  It has been almost two years since I last tried a bottle. I opened the bottle, let it slow ox for two hours. The nose was dark floral. The palate was dark plums, currents, mixed berries and tobacco which took front stage on the moderately long finish. Served with a grilled steak for my wife and baked pork chops for me. A really enjoyable wine but unfortunately my last bottle of this vintage.

  It has been almost three years since I last tried a bottle and time has been kind. I opened the bottle, let it slow ox for two hours and then decanted it. . The nose was dark floral. The palate was dark plums, currents, mixed berries, dried leaves and cigar. The finish was moderate to long, It a very good bottle of wine.
