  I had this over 2 days and hard to believe that they were the same wine. Day 1 was without any decant (a mistake for sure) and wine was disjointed with very hard to define characteristics. Nose was very chemical/plastic-like. Just flabby in the mouth with very little structure or flavor. Decided to let it rest over night. Completely different wine on day 2. Now with typical young Cali Bordeaux blend character. It lacks some weight and structure but these may appear with more time in the cellar or a very long time in the decanter.
  Admittedly I have never tried this wine so young so that may be a part of it. Also wonder a bit about 2020 vintage?

  Good in the blockbuster Napa cab profile if that suits you. Felt a bit hot and ripe for me. Sometimes Peter Michael can produce amazing old world-style wines, but this bottle was not that for me.
