PNP. cork wet to top. this is light in style, but has a little fatness in the midpalate that is buoyed by acid. refreshing enough but nothing special. was not a great match with our monkfish peas and prosciutto
After a week in the fridge this has picked up some weight and took on a salinity that I find very nice. Maybe just needs a little time in bottle or air if served now

Light yellow in the glass, with a nice minerality on the nose.
Brisk and light-bodied on the palate, some saline notes as well, and decent acidity & length on the finish. I posted a note yesterday where I mentioned the benefits of "stepping up" (in that case with respect to Pepiere's Clos des Briords) - I would make the same point here, as I usually find the Fiore is worth the additional cost when compared to their Normale.

Final bottle, and while the fruit still has a good amount of bright, deep fruit aromas, there's also a TCA component. Sigh. NR

Monthly Tasting Group: Interesting Whites (ABC) at Heirloom (Heirloom, St.Paul, MN): Small pour. Would have liked to get more of this. Very crisp and fresh, tart green and tropical fruits, white flowers, nicely defined and lifted.

Light golden-colored in the glass; "crisp" nose.
Sweet and sour white fruits, good acidity here and nice persistence. Very likable and food-friendly, but also able to stand on it's own.
