La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. More black vs red cherry with a very ripe and lush character, so fat and fun. Charming and rich spice as well. Lots of structure in the near background. Long and dense finish. Still a bit of pronounced new oak, but that will integrate beautifully in a few years. 93-95 point potential.
