  Opened for an hour and this was delicious. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Drinking well right now.

  Clear, slightly deep straw. Yeast, apricot, vanilla. Low acids, low tannins, not sweet. Granny Smith apple. Medium balanced finish.

  I don’t really like Chardonnay, but this was a knock out. Creamy Butter, light smooth fruit, and just a touch of oak. Perfectly balanced. Bravo!!

  Light citrus notes with a substantial body and lingering finish. Paired beautifully with garlic butter roasted Dungeness crab.

  On the nose; green apple, buttered popcorn, pineapple, lime candy, lemon, cream, cream soda, honeysuckle, soft, delicate minerality, yellow lilies and jasmine.
  
  The body is full, thick & waxy. Green apple, buttered popcorn, pineapple, lime candy, under ripe green melon, lemon, guava, touch of peach, cream, honeysuckle, soft, delicate chalkiness, grainy minerality, touch of saline, yellow lilies and jasmine. Nice round acidity and lush rich, elegant finish.
