  This is my 3rd wine from B-V.
  2010 - 93
  2015 - 92
  Let's see about this wine, also made in excellent vintage in Bordeaux.
  2 hours in the decanter

  First of all there's one change to compare to 2010 and 2015. CS - 45%( minus 5), M - 35, PV - 20( plus 5). And I think it was a good decision. The wine is not so sweet, but more delicate, with flowers, fragrances, herbs and earth.
  Ripe black cherry, black currant, plum are here too. Soft spice, fresh acidity, ripe tannins. Velvety texture. Balance and harmony. Harmony and balance
  Vintage 2016 was extraordinary in Haut -Medoc. 97 points according to the WA Vintage Guide

  Have to agree with previous review... Interesting bouquet but not much on the palate. Nice enough, but nothing exciting at all... Even after decanting. Quite disappointing.

  A really nice bouquet, earthy , hint of sour cherry . But nothing on the palate bar fine grainy tannins which made the wine quite dry. But then an aftertaste which was again like sour cherry which lingered . Just lacking on the palate. Saved some for next day and the tannins had softened considerably and it showed a bit more fruit . In general though , had to work too hard with this wine, not easy.

  Nose: dark currant, wet dirt and leaves, honeysuckle. Palate: tart raspberries and oxidized blackberries; somewhat thin mouthfeel and the fruit tastes like it's a bit over the hill; rounded tannins that are quite smooth, with a faint light prickle; faint bitterness on the finish.
