93 Excelente vino. Amarillo intenso. Nariz completamente Voivray, camomila, notas amieladas, muy intenso. En boca es delicado, preciso, con muy buena fruta, acidez cítrica y una tensión excelente. Momento fantástico, vino imponente.

Light gold. Bit of baked apple but mostly citrus and pear. Slightly tropical richness. Really lovely bright acidity. Good length. Bit of light honey. But very much dry. Interested to see where this goes.

Terribly oxidized. Earlier bottles were fine, this was stored in my cellar at all times. Not sure what is happening here, I have seen a lot of other tasting notes with the same.

Yet another badly sherried Huet from a recent vintage. 8 out of last 10 consumed noticeable sherried/cooked, all purchased in The USA PNW. I've probably consumed approaching 100 Huet in my lifetime and this one s a recent problem. Pains me to scratch Huet off my must purchase list, not too excited about trying my remaining 70 bottles .....

Beautiful golden color. Lemon, apple, honey. Went well with both Murray's fondue and lobster tails with lemon butter sauce.
