  Lovely, mature, fruity and surprisingly structured and mineral Mosel Kabinet. Off-dry. Citrus, apricot, even some fresh pineapple. On the nose also notes of petroleum. Medium light bodied and very well balanced.

  Surprisingly well preserved after all these quiet years in my cellar. Bottle top fill, last cm of cork still dry. Golden color and just a faint hint of petroleum on the nose. Very tasty; rich on honey, ficus, apricot and a little citrus on the palate extended by a long lasting aftertaste. A really nice experience in these Corona days...

  Lett, ren, behagelig, korrekt og en god 7 år gammel Mosel kabinett, som vil tåle flere år til på langs. Jeg tror det er frukt nok her til å vare 3-5 år til. Derfra og ut blir det mest et spørsmål om hvordan man ønsker å ha den. Jeg opplever at denne har akkurat nok syre til at syren vil overleve lenge etter at frukten har takket av og ha potensiale til å bli en av disse gamle, knoklete rieslingkabinettene som fortsatt er i live 25, 30, 40 og av og til over 50 år gamle. Om man liker det, er jo en annen sak.
