Dark gold. Not as advanced looking as the last bottle, but darker than your usual Chardonnay. Good nose with some spice and floral notes. Medium to full bodied, this one is definitely a bit tired on the palate, but still shows some mineral precision and some tart citrus fruit. Medium finish.

Tasted over two days. Darker yellow gold, appears advanced.
This is very consistent over both days. Spicy nose with some fennel lingering about along with apple and pear aromatics. Medium to full bodied. This enters with a creamy texture on the mid palate along with a dramatic acidic cut which has it showing clean and refreshing towards the back end. Pronounced Granny Smith and a hint of tropical fruit. Precise mouthfeel. Could be a white burg, but hard to put one's finger on a specific appelation. I don't drink much Central coast Chardonnay, but if this is an indicator, then I might need to look into more. Great length.

Oh no - my last bottle. This was really singing tonight. Beautiful lemon and vanilla. Really well integrated and balanced. Fresh with great acid. Have to get some more.

Arcadian in the OC with Joe Davis (Jim Dietz's): Big nose of butterscotch and lemon. Big palate with strong acidity and more butterscotch. I think the ripeness must have been up in this vintage in comparison to the other wines next to it. Nice and probably needs to mellow out some more.

Blind Zins For Lunch (Vineyard Music Office): Light butter and lemon nose. Touch of honey with plenty of lemon and strong acidity. A nice Chard without the hussy dressings.
