This is a treat, this time around I loved the subtle toasted almonds that went perfectly with the sea bass and the Jerusalem artichoke mash all supported by balanced and complex notes of peaches, honey, tropical fruits and a good mineral structure.

Clear and clean. Nose showed that the Chenin Blanc wasn’t going to be a silent partner. In the mouth this has the acidity I expected and a complexity I didn’t. Leesy, savoury notes cut through the green fruits, apples, gooseberry etc and contributed a nutty fino-type edge. This went beautifully with cheese fondue, and disappeared quickly. Good wine

Medium straw yellow colour. Mild aromas of apricot, petrol, and a vegetal note. Decent body and some mild acidity. No significant aftertaste. Un-oaked apparently but I would have sworn it had a mild oakiness. Paired ok-ish with roast turkey and sweet peppers.

Don't chill this wine too much or you might miss it complexity and balance spanning peach, exotic fruits, minerality, honey and notes of wood.

Great bold white blend. Straw yellow color. Aroma of ripe citrus, stone fruit, butter, and oak.
Full bodied palette, tasting of cream, honey, peach, cantaloupe, and lemon grass. Very well balanced.
Great match with baked cod, also good by itself. Probably good for 5 more years.
Will buy again.
