Very light and transparent ruby red. Clean aromas of red berries and some spices. Clean, smooth and tender mouth feeling, with a style not unlike a Beaujolais.

Despite its first impression of being unidimensional and without much structure, it is quite nuanced, lightly spiced, still well balanced. Enjoyed it quite a bit as an easy sipper and paired well with mint & parsley lemon beef/bison patties. My first time drinking a Poulsard varietal. Let it breathe one hour in the bottle (or in the glass), it picked up quite a bit of interesting aromas, as well as deeper fruits and spice flavours.

Consumed with Pizza and I have to say it was perfect for what I was hoping it would be. Light bodied, med- tannin, med+ acidity, and a long vibrant finish that's awash with red fruits. Excellent!!

Medium red color. Drank a glass from the wine pairings. Red fruit, a little sour, raspberry, pretty meh.
