Medium Gold Medium nose of yellow apple, starfruit, Meyer lemon, wet rock, dough, caramel Dry, medium (+) acid, medium alcohol, medium (+) intensity , medium body, medium (+) finish The fruit is very ripe and balances well with the acidity making it ripe but refreshing. The intensity of ripe pomaceous, citrus and tropical fruit on the palate pushes to a fine finish and some complexity with at least 5 descriptive clusters covering primary, secondary and tertiary descriptors. The wine is veery good quality. Outstanding samples would have higher concentration and an accompanying longer finish. This wine is suitable for ageing with enough acidity to keep it fresh while the primary fruit continues to develop and the secondary attributes continue to integrate with the fruit to produce a more complex wine.

This has been in an open glass in the cellar for 24 hours, and it tastes like it has just been poured from a freshly uncorked bottle. Youthful and clearly has the legs to age for a while. Not really sure why I opened it so early! Medium yellow, nose is reserved, minerally. Much more lively on the palate, fresh, bright lemon and some background chalkiness. Acidity is quite high, and the finish has good length, but is also slightly tart. Would probably develop a broader range of flavours and smooth out with time. If I had another I'd wait at least three years before opening it.

Clear light yellow. Starts with a hint of oxidation, then lemon, lime and wet rock. Not very intense but obviously Chablis. Dry lemon flavours and a nice dry finish.

racy, intensely lemony, feels very concentrated, great acidity, taut and lively. Very nice now but will hope up. No hurry to drink this
