  • Very clear, pale yellow-green colour with aromas of chalk, lemon peel, pear and seawater. Dry and focused in the mouth with bright acidity and flavours of green apple and citrus fruits layered over chalky minerals and a faint woody note. Finishes clean with medium length, very refreshing.

  • Tasted blind - pale lemon with a greenish tinge, clear throughout. Youthful nose of toasty spice and tropical fruits. Medium to high acidity, medium body. Flavours of tropical and citrus fruits. Long finish. Drink now. Good.
