Decanted for 15 minutes. Just a tad less enjoyable than the bottle in Dec. of last year as the darker components - earth and herbs - were a bit more prominent, and the red fruits were a bit more muted, with the acidity still juicy. Would suggest drinking up within the next year.

Past it’s prime but still the best $2 bottle I’ve ever had. Structure, acid, and brightness are totally gone and replaced by espresso grounds and milk chocolate. Still it’s medium bodied and more than drinkable but would not hold longer.

PnP, but was much better after 20 minutes of air. A medium bodied rioja with lots of red fruits, touches of herb and earth, some drying tannins, and almost juicy acidity. Not a typical rioja, but Telmo Rodriguez is not a typical winemaker. An incredible steal at the "introductory" price of $5 (usually $15). If drinking now, I would decant for 15-20 minutes, or slo-ox for 30+. Should hold for several years.

Drying out a little bit, but still drinking well. Drink up in 2023.
