  Bu sur 2 jours, plus épanoui le second.
  Robe tilleul, arômes de poires et de pommes, embruns, la bouche est saline avec une belle persistance.

  good chablis typicity, but just a little less body to rider alongside the beautiful acidity and lift (which I'm always a huge fan of -- ie rare for me to say more body / flavor & less acidity / lift)... maybe this bottling is just "in a phase"??

  Very nice Chablis, very refreshing acidity, green apple and citrus flavors. Plenty of life left, will wait at least two years until I upon my final bottle to see what this will become.

  this had (in some ways consistent with some other '16's I've experienced) a rather fullish / strong body, very good acidity for lift but then some real lemon rind depth and some real minerality as well... was a little too much for my daughter-in-law (she preferred the 2018 Rhys 'Alesia' Anderson Valley - which I will admit was awesome / easy-going) but I liked this a lot... have a feeling I should wait on my other three bottle until 3-5 years from now
