This producer like Dauvissat has been susceptible to pre-mox but as expected this btl in its near release stage drank clean as a whistle! I sure wish they'd switch to the Diam cork. Tonight this was absolutely stellar. Translucent pale gold. Somewhat restrained aromas of sea breeze & citrus. This dances on the tongue like a ballerina. Effortless with a perfect balance of salinity, citrus, seashell mineral, stone fruit and other harmonics. Its harmony & weightless class hides its concentration but there is little doubt the fruit comes from a site many feel deserves Grand Cru status. Said to be from vines ranging between 45 and 85yrs old. Mostly aged in stainless but also some mature barrels. So glad I decided to buy a few of these again! 93+ I drink my next 2 inn 3-5yr intervals. Great with crab cakes ronight A modest 12.5% alc.

A great delicious Chablis, not much freshness, hot vintage.
