pale gold in the glass with a full nose of white nectarines, melon, meyer lemon, honeysuckle, and wet stones. smooth on the palate with myriad aromas from the nose on parade as flavours. moderate acidity holds tension and leads into a long finish where the complexity and nuance continue.
likely at peak now; i found this more balanced and satisfying than the seemingly riper 2017 vintage.

Great golden color. Limestone and clay in the flavor profile along with pears and apples. Served with hors d'oeuvres - olives, goat cheese, roasted peppers, crusty bread.

Pale lemon yellow. Chalky, citrus, hay, honey, nuts, lemon curd and a touch of creme brûlée. Lemon sherbet, a little sweetness, high acidity, slightly nutty notes, a little creamy, melons and peaches. Interesting Viognier - low on the flowery fruit usual for Viognier, seems at a peak (or a little past) but the acidity is a bit fierce. Don't know where it will go.

Almost medium gold with green flash. Nose is peaches and flowers. Tastes of honey, lemon peel, apricot with texture of a thick velour blanket. Ooh la la!
