Deep garnet color. Fully developed, med(+) aromas of dried cherry, black tea, black olives, mushroom, terracotta, milk chocolate, mocha, sour cherry. Dry, full body, high acid, low tannins, long finish. Very rich, but elegant at the same time. Mostly tertiary aromas already and drinking beautifully. In the prime drinking window now, and it seems good in the next 5 years or so at least, but this bottle was not in the cellar for the first few years after purchase so properly stored bottles might be much more youthful.
Fantastic with beef shank in red wine. Neither of wine or dish overwhelms the other in terms of intensity, and acidity of the wine balances well with fattiness of beef.

Deep ruby colour Dry, still mid acidity, tannins are smooth and perfectly integrated now, aromas of dark cherry and plum, chocolate, mushrooms, cedar and leather, good complexity, everything‘s well integrated now, very nice to drink now, very good quality per price Didn‘t have this for a while, was worth to keep it, gave me a lot of fun drinking this

So good now. Was really worth keeping them in the cellar for a few years.
