Lunch at Jade Court (Chicago, IL): Bottled September 1, 2017. I enjoyed this a bit more than the Gueuze Lambic Bio. You can definitely get the hit of apricots on the nose and palate here. It's plenty tart, and while it's funky, it's not the sort of dirty funk that I don't like (how do you figure, eh?). Great acidity and cut, and those apricot tones here are just so incredibly delicious.

Truly extraordinary beer. Served quite chilled, nose was more muted, but the funkiness was inviting. as it warmed, it's got a full packed punch of apricot. just intoxicating on the nose, and balanced/delish on the palate. only problem is difficulty in acquiring them.. :(
