  14% ABV. Pale ruby appearance - still looks youthful.
  
  Ripe red cherry, raspberry, red plum, nutmeg, clove, and wet leaves on the nose. Plush mouthfeel with soft tannins. Acidity not as vibrant as I’d prefer, but good enough to hold the concentration of fruit together. Finish is persistent.
  
  The ripeness/concentration of the fruit somewhat resembles a New World Pinot. This also misses your typical Chambolle elegance. However, the spice profile has Dujac written all over it.

  Wonderful young burgundy. Lifted nose with some exotic herbal notes and cherry notes. Palate is concentrated mix of red and blue fruits with some well integrated spice notes. Very lengthy spicy finish with just a hint of bitterness and firmness on the tannins. Wow this is great. Should be an excellent wine in the future.

  Decapsulated 3 hours before decanting for 60 min, nose dark berries, taste crunchy fruit of berries , a wonderful aftertaste with great balance, 2016 much better vintage than expected, this wine has declassified 1.cru in the mix, unbeliable and very seductive.
