  • Stunning Chambolle. Very developed Burgundian nose but retains tremendous freshness and Chambolle's femininity on the palate. Sentiers can be a quite robust premier cru, which is probably responsible for the level of complexity here, but Truchot's style allows this wine to remain subtle and delicate regardless. Perfect to drink now but no signs of tiredness.
