Pale ruby with a hint of garnet. Medium strawberry and earth on the nose. Dry, juicy palate with medium red fruit. Medium acidity with medium finish. This is in its prime and absolutely delicious. 2017 is not a vintage to hold onto too long. Bravo.

Pop and pour. Gorgeous nose with cinnamon, camphor, black cherry, so complex! On the palate: lovely acidity, blood orange, black cherry, soft smoke/granite. Soft tannin on the close. Always a surprise, and so good even after 3 days open.

Cracking acidity with chewy dark cherry fruit and a crunchy mouth feel. Great food wine and a delight to drink. I think this will age for a while longer.

( magnum) Yep needs a bit of a decant or open for a couple of hours to get rid of slight Brett ones. Then opens into a still pure red fruited, slightly earthy nose and palate. Still has that lovely crunchy, minerally, lip smacking fruit on palate and refreshing acidity to finish. Will drink well for another decade but not sure it will be better than now.

Corked with some barnyard upfront. Nice depth of red fruit, dried shrooms and wet stones on the palate. Good longish soft finish. Very enjoyable Im sure if not corked. Looking forward to next bottle.
