I had little of this the first night and it was good. But about a glass left in the bottle was even better and more expressive the second night. A three year old rosé that benefits from extended air contact!

Exactly what I wanted on a hot, humid day. Light copper in the glass, with a shy bouquet. Lighter bodied, showing soft white peach and wild strawberry notes, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. The acidity seems lower than last year’s version, which makes this more gulpable but also a touch less crisp. Our bottle was gone in a flash.

initially quite sweet and I wasn't digging it at all. as it go some air and warmed up a bit, it mellowed out and more of the fruit came out. Still just ok

Dinner @ Alo (Chef's table) (Alo - 163 Spadina Ave): I quite enjoyed this wine as a pairing and of course didn't hurt that it was with an excellent toro dish. This was lighter in style than some grenache blends I've seen from California both in coloring and actual flavor. A touch more cool climate side to it. Very light red fruits coming through. Tasty.

Clear bright coral pink.Great berry and earth nose, quite intense. Delicious raspberry and strawberry flavours and nice dry finish.
Nice intensity without being ripe.
