A bottle from origin,
pnp, good nearly soaked through cork,
stunning fresh balsamic nose, some red fruit,
initially really fresh on the palate, light bodied, intense fruit flow, the pure red elegance, very long finish with a very lively acid,
same on day two, nothing has chanced significantly, one of this Rioja wine beauties from a great vintage, enjoy, ****

Some sweetness and red fruit character on the nose. Palate is silky, but slightly thin. Enjoyable, but not great, IMO.

This did improve and begin to show a little fruit as it sat out, but I still think this is dried out and beyond a point of much pleasure.
