  Floral olive nose. A briney, Olivey, grapey medley. Lively acidity, modest tannin. Very solid.

  Très belle bouteille avec du poivre, des fruits noirs. Une pointe de thé.

  醒酒二十分钟，深宝石红色，闻香是黑加仑，黑李子一类的果香，伴随着青草气息，还有胡椒和甜香料味，入口酸度中高，单宁细腻如粉，酒液咸，紫罗兰，蓝莓，黑果，混合着丁香和桂皮味，后段香料辛辣，收尾有胡椒味，余味香气漂亮，梅果混合着胭脂香料。随着醒酒，酒体更加丰满起来，胡椒和甜香料味也更突出，两个小时后口中果香和香料感再次达到一个比较好的平衡，单宁感觉更加紧涩，颗粒依然细腻，香气浓郁，后段回甘明显，偶有一点酒精感，余味香气爆棚，胭脂香料味特别妙。一支还处于发展中的酒，现在喝还有些硬，能感觉出来质量不错，比一般Saint-Joseph的酒风格更严肃些，再过五年饮用表现还会更加平衡。

  Beaux tannins et belle acidité.
  La finale est bien longue et suave.
  Il a encore son gras de bébé, un

  From list at Menton, from 375 decanted. As expected this was younger than ideal, dark in color. Nose mainly fruit rather than wood, very good concentration on palate. Well-balanced. Not much meat or smokiness at least yet.
  Nice wine I’d like to drink again in 2-3 years.
