Liked this a lot. Took a few minutes to open up but was then glorious! Lean and chalky but not skinny or austere. The powdery chalky long finish was lovely. Long. Good value. 4+

I'm on a boat (Chicago, IL): Disgorged December 11, 2019, 0 g/L dosage. This was somewhat rounder than I would have expected for something with no dosage. Mostly a white-fruited profile with a bit of high-tonedness on the nose. Overall still a tad lean on the palate for my tastes.

Taut, somewhat lean, yet bright and plenty of fruit flavor. Good length. Balanced effervescence, no toast or brioche, with the fruit and energy dominating. Should be good for years.

Pale yellow colour, fine bubbles. Fresh apples on the nose, also some floral notes after a while in the glass. In mouth, lasting green apples and fruit, chalky minerality and dryness. Enjoyable champagne!

This one had not been chilling as long in the fridge it seemed and so when it was opened it was ready for business almost right away. Softer style interestingly enough than some of the others we had. By that I mean a rounder mouthful although not overly pronounced. Still a nice crispness to it. More white fruits and here I do see them. Drinks very easy. Perhaps less contemplative than the others, but still very well made.
